My MT5 account with number 909024 was closed by the company, and the $6,248 balance in my account was confiscated.

The company accused me of using a “pump and dump” strategy, which is completely unreasonable. In the forex market, it is not possible for an individual trader to manipulate prices in such a way, especially with a $2,000 balance and 1:500 leverage. This accusation is simply an excuse to avoid paying my profits.

The company keeps producing different excuses to avoid releasing my funds. They do not respond to my emails, and when I connect to live chat, they only tell me to wait. However, it has been one and a half months and nobody has contacted me.

At the moment, my funds are still being held by the company, and I cannot withdraw my money.

I believe this behavior is unacceptable and I request that this company be flagged and investigated as a potential scam, as they are refusing to release my funds without valid justification.
