Terrible broker, whenever I make money, they kick me out of the platform and can not log in back. However, I never experienced any technical problems when I am losing. At first, I thought it was coincidence and gave them the benefit of the doubt, but it happens all the time. Everytime I complained to the customer service and theyw ere very rude about it. STAY AWAY!

Switched from Fidelity to Interactive Brokers last year. The Interactive Brokers trading platform and customer service are in a different league to Fidelity who were next to useless.

Interactive broker provides good market access and solid infrastructure. We clients can access trade and manage risk across a widest spectrum of assets. And the fees are low when compared with other old-school brokerages. Then only thing they need to improve is customer service. Somtimes I need to wait too long to get their reply.

Interactive Broker is really a prime broker. It provides amazing service to me. Also its tools and analytics is far beyond than any other borkers. It trading commission is low. I'd love to trade with them.

Interactive Brokers has best execution and lowest commission / spreads. They are good at this. I only trade futures even currencies and thier commssion is lowest that help me make good scalp trades. Thier platform and customer service is okay or worse sometimes. But trust me, in trading execution and commission counts, anything else is just nice to have but not necessary.
