I paid for investment but they don't give me value of what I paid for.

The customer service from this company is very good and responsive. I have got great help from their manager . There is some issues on deposit and withdrawal with the company backend making mistakes but their manager have help me rectify those issues. I love the VPS provided by the company. Overall great experience with the company during the first half of 2024. Will definitely introduce friends to trade FX with FX trading.com.

I have made a profit in this company and my principal is US$179,115, but I cannot withdraw it at all. They will refuse to recognize your trading profits. They will only return your initial capital when you give up on making profits.

The worst trading broker I have ever dealt with. The crypto deposits which shall be instant as stated in their website take hours. Their website states support team is available 24/5, while you cannot find them outside Australian working hours. Called their number listed in their website 20 times and all I got is "number XXX is unavailable" and the first trader I deal with that mixes up internal transfers where the funds disappear from one account and don't show up in the other account until you wait for hours for their team to check!!!!Moreover, your deposits don't show up in their transactions history until it is deposited, so you can't now if it is processing, rejected or else until you receive an email hours or sometimes days after!!!!and you can't even get an account statement imported in excel, you actually have to request that from their support team!!!overall, very unreliable broker and very very poor customer support services!

I just want to ask, do you know any other brokers better than FXTRADING.com? I've been trading with this broker for almost a year now. I am very happy with the signals, customer support and withdrawals.

In Indonesia, FXTRADING.com is one of the leading brokers and with good reputation. A reliable broker to trade.

Good customer service. Good place for retail traders, but it remains to be improved for professional traders.
