Bad customer service very slow

FXCM are a untrustworthy broker. The connection and execution is terrible, I have been stopped out of trades prematurely numerous times with no compensation offered by FXCM. Auto updates on the MT4/Meta quotes platform cut me from three swing trades only yesterday, after a call to FXCM they tell me this sort of error happens occassionaly!! Unbelievable. If this is the case where is my bloody compensation! Customer service is dreadful and the audit form investigation team is automated. Greedy and unstable broker.

The trading platform/website is globally great but what's standing out is the amazing customer service and support through the chat.It's easy and suick to speak to an agent and every time they solve the issues and do their best to accomodate me asap.Really appreciated and I will probably stick to FXCM for a while.

After 15 years of trading with FXCM, they suddenly closed my account without giving a reason, It coincided with a successful trade

I lost my money and now when I try to login they said abnormal account. The Support Team is slow, usually unresponsive.

If someone asks me what is the best trading platform in the world my answer would be FXCM's standard and micro platforms!

Good platform, fast requote and withdrawal.

You're nuts. The more you know about a broker the better it is. Then you won't lose any money. The FXCM review taught me a lot.
