ANSWER CapproFX is an unlicensed broker even though it states offers that look too good to be true.CapproFX claims to be owned and operated by Cappro Capital Limited, registered with the Registrar of Companies for England and Wales (also known as Companies House) with Registration Number 9461187. As we searched for this company on the website of Companies House (CH), we found its account was overdue. Furthermore, it should be noted that the CH is only a registrar of the UK and has no legal authority to issue forex licenses and regulate forex activities. It is the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) that has the authority to supervise financial industry in the UK. However, our search for this broker in FCA's registry did not yield any results.Regarding your question, CapproFX is an unlicensed broker. Letting this broker hold or control investor's funds or trading with it is risky. We would suggest investors stay away from unregulated brokers like CapproFX and trade with fully regulated brokers.

ANSWER CapproFX is not a licensed or regulated broker even though it states offers that look good to be true. CapproFX claims it is a trademark of Cappro Capital LTD, a company registered in the Companies House of United Kingdom (CH) with registration number: 9461187. We do find a match result to CapproFX in CH. But CH is the United Kingdom's registrar of companies which has no legit rights to regulate any forex activities. Having registration does not mean having any regulation.As per the United Kingdom law, all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK have to be authorized or registered by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). However, we did not find any match results to CapproFX in FCA.The truth is that CapproFX is not regulated by any regulators. That means investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. We would recommend traders stay away from unregulated brokers like CapproFX and trade with licensed brokers.

I have tried to trade with CapproFX in the past few months with depositing $200. They provided me a great trading experience. The forex education was in good in all areas covered. The spreads were tight and no slippage was found. It is just a pity that I didn’t choose this agent in the end.

Having traded with with CapproFX for a few months, I have found that they began to deduct profits form me, saying that I must keep trading for at least 5 minutes.
