Bold prime is still regulated by FSA?

ANSWER Dear Investor, Bold Prime claims to have an entity registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. While our investigation confirms that the company is indeed listed with the country’s Financial Services Authority (FSA), it is important to emphasize that this registration only grants it International Business Company (IBC) status, which does not equate to a valid financial license. Notably, the SVG FSA has publicly stated that it does NOT regulate or license forex trading activities. Furthermore, Bold Prime’s website is minimal and lacks transparency, providing no clear or verifiable regulatory details. The company also mentions another entity registered in the Comoros. However, our review of the MWALI International Services Authority (MISA) records found no evidence that Bold Prime is regulated or holds an active license there. Based on this information, we conclude that Bold Prime is not under the supervision of any financial regulator and may be operating without proper authorization. This significantly increases the risk of fraud or deceptive practices. We strongly advise you to avoid trading with this entity to safeguard your funds.

ANSWER Bold Prime is not a licensed forex broker. Bold Prime claims to be a forex broker registered with Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority (SVG FSA). Regarding the SVG FSA, we'd like to remind traders that SVG FSA does not regulate international companies and brokers engaging in forex activities. We keep on reminding traders to be wary of offshore brokers in SVG FSA as they don't provide any funds protection as well as withdrawals guarantee. If you are looking for brokers to deal with, we would recommend brokers regulated by top-tier regulators like FCA, CySEC, ASIC, etc.

This is not a broker l would advice you to use they take time for large withdrawals and when they are done wasting your time then will decline your withdrawal they will find a reason not to process it
