ANSWER Winbitx is not a legitimate broker and should be avoided at all events. We found that this broker's website is not available right now, as most probably it has been suspended, which is always a bad sign. Based on the information we hold, Winbitx, warned by the UK's FCA and Belgium FSMA, is not entitled to operate on any market because it runs without even a license. On 15 November 2021, FSMA has issued a public warning against Winbitx. The FSMA received complaints from consumers concerning the new fraudulent online trading platform that is operating in the Belgian market. The regulator strongly advises against responding to any offers of financial services made by the broker, giving the reason that the company is not entitled to carry out services in Belgium that require a licence and is therefore neither permitted to trade on a commercial basis on its own account nor on behalf of others.
