ANSWER Finarix is not a licensed or regulated broker even though it states offers that look good to be true. Finarix claims its customer or investor is entering an agreement with Zolarex Ltd, a company registered in the Marshall Islands Registry (IRI) with registration number: 78978. We indeed find a match result to Zolarex Ltd, but the registration status of this firm was annulled.More importantly, the Spanish National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) issued a warning against Finarix for providing financial services without authorization. You can check the full warning from here.The truth is, Finarix is not overseen by any regulators. That means your personal data or your funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. We would recommend traders stay away from unregulated brokers like Finarix and trade with licensed brokers.

ANSWER Finarix is an unlicensed broker and should be avoided at all events. Finarix claims to be founded in 2016 as a provider of brokerage services in online trading, which is at odds with the fact. Actually, the domain of Finarix was created in 2019. Besides, this broker states that it is owned and operated by Zolarex Ltd, a company registered in the Marshall Islands with registration number 78978. We checked on the Marshall Islands Registry (IRI) and found the company was indeed in its register. However, the registered status is abnormal and the official registered status is annulled. Most importantly, IRI does not issue any licenses for forex trading or brokerage nor does it regulate, monitor, supervise or license international companies engaging in such activities. So Finarix is currently not regulated by any financial regulator. What's worse, the Spanish regulator CNMV has added Finarix into the unregistered firm alert, warning the public that this firm was not authorised to provide the investment services in the country. As per the evidences above, our final conclusion is that Finarix is thoroughly a scam on account of running its business without any relevant license approved by a reputable regulator. Therefore, we would recommend traders to stay away from unregulated brokers and trade with licensed brokers.

Terrible broker, whenever I make money, they kick me out of the platform and can not log in back. However, I never experienced any technical problems when I am losing. At first, I thought it was coincidence and gave them the benefit of the doubt, but it happens all the time. Everytime I complained to the customer service and theyw ere very rude about it. STAY AWAY!

I have used the services of Interactive Brokers for stock option trading. Once I bought 10 contracts of call option at cost of 900 USD. As the price went up I had found only 3 contracts and sold these 3 contracts for 3000 USD. 7 contracts in value of 7000 USD were lost.They simply took my money away.I don't know whom I can trust in this industry.

They have a demo account. I use it all the time. does all your live account can do. You do need a live account to get a demo account.

I used interactive brokers for 2 1/2 years. I love this company when I traded stocks, now moving to the currency side. Instantaneous executions....never any problems...I will be using them again.
