This lack of transparency and inconsistency suggests a potential case of identity misrepresentation or license misuse, undermining confidence in FIXIO’s claimed regulatory status. Third, FIXIO also claims to operate under Topical Wealth International Ltd, allegedly regulated by the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA). While we verified that Topical Wealth International Ltd is licensed by the Seychelles FSA, the official records indicate that its registered trading name is "Topical Wealth" and its authorized domain is https://www.topicalwealth.com.
