Fintiwall operates two websites, yet one is currently disabled, raising concerns about transparency and operational stability.

The platform claims to be linked to Dynamic Element LLC, which is registered with the Financial Services Authority of St. Vincent and The Grenadines (SVG FSA). However, our investigation found no independent verification of this connection beyond Fintiwall’s own website. Even if they are connected, SVG FSA registration only grants IBC status and does not constitute a financial license from any regulatory authority.

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has officially warned against Fintiwall, stating that it solicits British investors without authorization—a clear violation of financial regulations.
