Many withdrawal complaints about ZIFI Markets. Is it safe to trade with them?
Niloy
มาเลเซีย
2026-10-14
ANSWER Dear Investor, Based on our review, ZIFI Markets does not appear to hold a valid financial regulatory license. Trading with an unregulated broker generally carries a higher level of risk, as investors may have limited protection in the event of disputes or fund-related issues. In addition, the existence of multiple withdrawal complaints should be treated as a significant warning sign. If you already have funds deposited with this platform, we recommend that you stop further trading activities and submit a withdrawal request as soon as possible. If you are experiencing withdrawal difficulties or other disputes, be sure to keep all chat records, transaction receipts, account statements, and other relevant evidence. You can also submit your complaint through our platform by clicking here for further review and assistance. As always, investors should exercise extreme caution when dealing with unregulated platforms and conduct thorough due diligence before committing any funds.

2026-10-13
ANSWER Dear Investor, Star Wave Fx is an untrustworthy broker, as it does not hold a valid financial license. Star Wave Fx claims to operate under Starwave FX Ltd., which is registered with the Saint Lucia International Financial Centre(IFC). While we confirm that a matching company exists in the registry of Saint Lucia IFC, this registration merely grants it International Business Company (IBC) status, which does not constitute a valid financial license. The IFC neither regulates nor licenses forex trading activities. Besides, Star Wave Fx is unlicensed by any recognized financial authority. This is a major red flag of being fraudulent operation. We therefore strongly advise you to avoid trading with the platform to protect your funds.

ANSWER Dear Investor, We do not recommend trading with Zagros due to its lack of valid regulatory authorization. The platform has not provided any verifiable regulatory information, merely claiming to be registered in Saint Lucia. Upon investigation, we did locate a company named Zagros Trade Ltd. in the Saint Lucia International Financial Centre (IFC) registry. However, this registration only grants International Business Company (IBC) status and does not constitute a valid financial license. It is important to note that the Saint Lucia IFC does not regulate forex trading activities or issue forex broker licenses. The complete absence of any regulatory oversight means that Zagros is operating as an unlicensed broker, which carries significant risk for investors. Given these serious concerns, we strongly advise you to avoid engaging in any transactions with this platform to protect your financial security.

Is 102 Pty Ltd a legit company or just a clone one??
Andrij Tangsawasdikul

2026-09-18
ANSWER Dear Investor, We do not recommend trading with Clone 102 Pty Ltd, as it is not a compliant or legitimate platform. The entity claims to be registered in Australia and holds a license authorized by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). However, our investigation reveals that ASIC has officially flagged this website as a clone site impersonating the legitimate 102 Pty Ltd. Clone websites are a common scam tactic where fraudsters copy the details of a genuine licensed company to deceive investors. While the real 102 Pty Ltd may indeed be an ASIC-regulated entity, the platform you are inquiring about is an unauthorized imitation with no legal standing or investor protection. Given that this is a confirmed clone operation, we strongly advise you to avoid any engagement with this platform to protect your funds from potential fraud.

ANSWER Dear Investor, We do not recommend trading with 1888FS, as it lacks basic regulatory credentials and operates with extremely low transparency. The platform's website provides no valid regulatory disclosures whatsoever, nor does it disclose fundamental corporate details such as its legal entity name, country of incorporation, or physical office address. Such a complete lack of transparency is a major red flag and strongly suggests that 1888FS may be a fraudulent operation posing significant risk to investors. Furthermore, our investigation confirms that the Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC) has issued an official warning against 1888FS, indicating that the entity appears to be providing financial services or products in Australia without proper authorization. Given the absence of regulatory oversight, the lack of basic corporate transparency, and the explicit warning from a top-tier regulator, we strongly advise you to avoid any engagement with this platform to protect your financial security.

Does Ava Global Trade Center have any license?

2026-09-17
ANSWER Dear Investor, We do not recommend trading with Ava Global Trade Center due to its lack of valid regulatory authorization. The platform claims to be authorized by both the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) and the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA). However, our searches of the official licensee registries of both regulators found no record of this firm or the stated licenses. This discrepancy strongly suggests that the regulatory claims are inaccurate or deliberately misleading. Furthermore, the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) has issued a warning against Ava Global Trade Center, indicating that it may be providing financial services in the Netherlands without proper authorization. Given the absence of verifiable licensing and the explicit warnings from recognized authorities, we assess Ava Global Trade Center as a likely unlicensed or fraudulent broker and advise avoiding this broker.

Is Getliquid365 licensed to provide investment services?

นิการากัว
2026-09-17
ANSWER Dear Investor, We advise against trading with Getliquid365, as it appears to be an unlicensed broker lacking proper regulatory authorization. The platform's website provides no regulatory disclosures, only claiming registration in the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Germany. We conducted thorough searches across the official registries of the UK's Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), Switzerland's Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA), and Germany's Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin), but found no record of Getliquid365 or any associated entity. More concerning, on September 15, 2026, the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) issued a public warning against Getliquid365, indicating that the company may be offering financial services or products in the Netherlands without proper authorization. The complete absence of verifiable corporate and regulatory information, combined with an explicit warning from a recognized European regulator, strongly suggests that Getliquid365 is operating without authorization. Until credible evidence of legitimate licensing is provided, we advise exercising extreme caution and avoiding this platform.
