DeliTraders claims to be operated by MIVA Solutions LLC, a company registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. So we searched Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority (SVG FSA) and found a matching result. However, please be informed that SVG FSA does not regulate forex brokers or issue forex licenses. 

Besides, DeliTraders also claims to be regulated by "International Financial Market Regulation Center (IFMRC)". However, the "IFMRC" is not a forex regulator. In other words, it is not a valid regulation. 

More importantly, the Italy Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa (CONSOB) issued a warning that DeliTraders is not authorized to provide financial services in Italy. You can check the full warning from here.
