While Plustrade asserts that it operates through multiple entities across various jurisdictions, specifically citing Canada, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and Australia, our verification process with the corresponding regulatory bodies has yielded concerning results. 

Specifically, searches conducted with the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC), the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA), the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the UK, and the Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC) returned no records of any licensed entities associated with Plustrade. This absence of authorisation indicates that Plustrade does not hold the necessary dealer licenses to operate legally in these regions and is not subject to the strict regulatory oversight they claim to possess.

Furthermore, the credibility of Plustrade is severely compromised by regulatory warnings. The Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) of Belgium has explicitly placed Plustrade on its warning list, citing unauthorized and illegal activities within the Belgian jurisdiction.

Given the lack of verifiable regulation in major financial markets and the existence of formal warnings from European authorities, Plustrade exhibits all the characteristics of a fraudulent trading broker. Investors are strongly advised to exercise extreme caution and avoid this type of brokers.
