Dear Investor,
Greenup24 claims to operate under Greenup Ltd., registered in Saint Lucia, with its headquarters in Dubai. However, our investigation reveals significant red flags regarding its legitimacy.
First, while we have confirmed the registration of Greenup Ltd. in the Saint Lucia International Financial Centre (IFC) registry, it is important to note that this registration only grants International Business Company (IBC) status. This does not constitute a valid financial license. The IFC does not regulate or license forex trading or investment services, meaning this registration offers no investor protection or regulatory oversight.
Second, we have searched the databases of Dubai’s relevant financial regulators, the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) and the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA), and found no licensed entity matching Greenup24 or Greenup Ltd. This indicates that the platform is operating in Dubai without the necessary and legitimate regulatory authorization.
These findings strongly suggest that Greenup24 is conducting financial activities without proper supervision and may be engaged in fraudulent operations. Therefore, we strongly advise all investors to avoid using this platform to prevent potential financial loss.
If you have already engaged with this broker and encountered suspicious activity, we recommend immediately reporting the issue to your local financial authorities and gathering all relevant evidence, such as transaction records, chat logs, and screenshots. You may also file a complaint through our official website here, where our team will review your case and provide appropriate guidance or support.
Please remain vigilant against recovery scams. Fraudsters often impersonate recovery services and demand upfront fees. Always verify the authenticity of any party offering assistance.
