Although Agra Markets LLC appears in the registry of the Financial Services Authority (FSA) of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, this registration only reflects its status as an International Business Company (IBC). Importantly, such IBC registration does not constitute a valid financial services license. Moreover, the SVG FSA has explicitly clarified that it does not regulate or license forex trading activities.
Additionally, it states that it is an approved member of The Financial Commission (FC). However, the FC is not a regulatory authority but rather an external dispute resolution organization. Membership in the FC does not imply regulatory approval or compliance with international standards for brokerage operations.
Furthermore, AgraMarkets claims to have operational bases in Hong Kong and the United Kingdom. However, neither the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) of Hong Kong nor the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) lists any entity associated with AgraMarkets in their official registers. This confirms that the firm is not authorized to provide financial services in either jurisdiction.
In light of these facts, AgraMarkets exhibits strong indicators of being an unregulated and potentially fraudulent brokerage. We strongly recommend that you avoid engaging in any trading activity with this platform to protect your capital.
