One World Markets LTD is registered in Seychelles and claims to be regulated by the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA). We have verified on the FSA’s official website that this company is indeed listed as licensed, and the registered domain matches the OW Markets platform‘s website. This confirms its regulatory status under the Seychelles FSA.

However, please note that the Seychelles FSA is an offshore regulator with relatively light oversight and limited investor protection measures. It should not be considered equivalent to stringent, well-established regulatory jurisdictions.

Regarding the other entities, OW Markets (CY) LTD, claiming Cyprus registration, and OW Markets L.L.C-FZ, claiming UAE registration, we have checked the official registers of Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission(CySEC), the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) in UAE, and Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA), and found no record of authorization or licensing for either entity.
