On April 23, 2025, I opened a trading account (203253) on ThinkMarkets, depositing a total of $7,998.40 and withdrawing $3,339. My current account balance is $5,249. As of September 1, 2025, my total profit is $590. I applied for withdrawals in the user center on August 26, September 1, and November 19, 2025, but ThinkMarkets has not processed them to date and has even frozen my account.

During this period, I kept consulting and urging the company's staff, but their customer service kept making excuses, saying that the finance department had been notified to make arrangements, but never gave any specific date. After the company failed to process my withdrawal request for a long time, I proactively offered to only refund my principal, which is the current account balance minus the $590 profit. However, the company still did not respond, nor did it provide any solutions or specific processing dates.

The company advertises its various advantages and regulations online, but in reality, it is infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of its customers and not even returning their principal.

In October, I filed complaints with the UK's FCA and Australia's ASIC and AFCA, but these regulatory bodies gave me the cold shoulder and made excuses. Is it really that difficult for clients to protect their legal rights? It has been three months since I applied for a withdrawal on August 26th!
