The broker Polestar Markets claimed to be cooperating with Fubon Securities Taiwan to solicit clients to deposit funds for trading products such as gold, crude oil, and Bitcoin.
Polestar Markets would suddenly place unauthorized trades in investors' accounts. These trades were opposite to the investors' existing positions and involved extremely large lot sizes, causing the accounts to be liquidated almost instantly.
Even when investors presented the MT5 system logs to dispute these transactions, showing that the IP addresses used to place the orders did not belong to the investors themselves, the broker still refused to take responsibility. Although Polestar Markets repeatedly promised to provide compensation, no compensation was ever paid. Whenever the promised compensation date arrived, they simply ignored investors.
Placing unauthorized trades is fraud. Delaying compensation only gives them time to transfer all the money out of the nominee accounts. Polestar Markets is a scam. Stay away from Polestar Markets!
