We currently find that BCR is licensed by both the British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission (BVI FSC) and the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). However, the specific URL you inquired about may only fall under BVI FSC jurisdiction. Bacera Co Pty Ltd., which holds the ASIC license, has announced that the accounts of non-Australian clients of BCR would be opened under the BVI FSC-licensed entity BCR Co Pty Ltd. Given this situation, your account would be subject to BVI FSC jurisdiction, which is known for lax supervision and minimal protections for investors due to its offshore nature. In addition to its regulatory status, it is critical to note that we have recently received many reports from BCR customers about poor support and withdrawal issues. I’m totally satisfied with BCR after I traded here. Personally, the broker has almost everything for a successful trading. Really, as a 100% serious person, I think everything is fine here. The spreads are tight, there is no delay in system operation, and that is ok for me.

That is my opinion. I don't claim that it is the only and the most correct. This is how I feel about trading there. Usually, it is a typical broker with tight spread & a lot of trading assets. In addition, it also offer some useful trading resources, such as educational courses, market insights... whatever, I think I need these trading materials, so if you are the same one like me, I think you would like the service.
