However, AOFA is an offshore regulator with minimal oversight, no meaningful international recognition, and a regulatory framework widely viewed as inadequate by global financial standards. The jurisdiction provides very limited investor protection.

Although we were able to locate Top One Trader in AOFA’s registry, the authority does not publish or verify the official website domains linked to its licensees. This lack of transparency makes it impossible to confirm whether the trading platform you’re interacting with is truly covered by the stated license.
