14 hours ago BrokersView

The online trading industry continues to face risks from unregulated and suspicious platforms. According to the latest BrokersView Weekly Blacklist Report, a total of 32 brokers were identified as high-risk between August 3 and August 9, 2026.

Among them, five brokers were officially warned by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) for suspected unauthorized activities, while the remaining platforms were found to be unregulated, lacking valid oversight from recognized financial authorities.

The brokers flagged this week include:

FCA Warns Multiple Unauthorized Brokers

During the week, the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) issued warnings against several entities, including Nexa Investment, E Token Bridge, GlobalAssetFx, Vertex Global Trading, and True Earners Network, indicating that these firms may be providing financial services in the UK without proper authorization.

Trading with brokers that appear on regulatory warning lists carries significant risks, as investors may not receive protection from financial compensation schemes or dispute resolution mechanisms.

More Brokers Found Unregulated or Inaccessible

Beyond the FCA warnings, many other platforms on this week's blacklist were found to have no valid regulatory license. Operating without authorization is a major warning sign, especially in the highly leveraged forex and CFD markets.

Some of these brokers are currently inaccessible, with their official websites unavailable or no longer operating. This situation is widely viewed as a serious red flag, as sudden website shutdowns may indicate potential regulatory violations, operational problems, or attempts to avoid scrutiny.

Additionally, some users have reported difficulties with withdrawals and alleged that certain platforms may have disappeared with client funds. Investors should remain highly cautious and conduct thorough due diligence before depositing money with any online trading platform.

BrokersView Reminds

BrokersView reminds investors to verify a broker’s regulatory status before opening accounts or transferring funds. A legitimate broker should hold a valid license from a recognized regulator and provide transparent information about its operations.

If a platform lacks regulation, receives official warnings, becomes inaccessible, or shows signs of withdrawal problems, investors should treat these as potential risks and avoid unnecessary exposure.
