Recently, BrokersView exposed an unlicensed broker named Revolt21. This dangerous broker spreads lies to convince investors that it is a legitimate trading platform. However, the fraudulent risks associated with the platform could cause innocent victims to lose all their investments.
According to its website (revolt21.net), Revolt21 claims to offer trading services for multiple assets, including forex, CFDs, cryptocurrencies, futures, and stocks. While the platform touts itself as a "trusted partner," its website is filled with false or misleading information, making it untrustworthy.
Revolt21 claims to have nine years of experience in the industry since its establishment in 2016. However, its website was created in April of this year, about seven months ago, contradicting its purported “extensive experience.”

Notably, the registered address associated with the broker is located in Iceland: Kalkofnsvegur 2, Reykjavik, Capital Region, 101.
According to a report by The New York Times in 2024, "Kalkofnsvegur 2" is the registered address of Withheld for Privacy, a firm affiliated with U.S. domain registrar Namecheap, which specializes in protecting the domain registrant's private data. The investigation further revealed that Withheld for Privacy has provided registration services for numerous websites involved in fraud and other cybercrimes, sharing this Icelandic address with them.
Revolt21's website discloses nothing about regulation, potentially exposing client funds to significant risk.
The broker claims to be operated by "Delport Financial Group LTD," and provided a UK address. Investigation reveals that Delport is not regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

Additionally, Sweden's Financial Supervisory Authority (FI) issued an investor alert about Revolt21 in October. The FI said the regulator cannot confirm whether Revolt21 is a genuine company, but explicitly declared that this entity is not authorized by Finansinspektionen to provide any financial services in Sweden or other European countries.

The financial markets are rife with illegal brokers like Revolt21. They tout so-called "premium trading conditions" while deliberately evading regulatory scrutiny, sometimes fabricating or stealing regulatory information to impersonate legitimate brokers.
Investors' funds are completely unprotected when engaging with such platforms. Once fraud occurs, losses are almost impossible to be recovered.
Investors are advised to thoroughly verify a broker's regulatory status through BrokersView before trading to avoid falling victim to scams.
