The warnings concern a Facebook page named “Gold Market Thailand” and a LINE account named “HuasenghengOnline”, with the LINE ID huasengheng11.

According to the SEC Thailand Investor Alert List, Gold Market Thailand was identified as an entity that had not obtained a license to conduct securities and derivatives business.
The SEC also listed HuasenghengOnline under the same category. The account is identified by LINE ID: huasengheng11.
The regulator states that its Investor Alert List is based on investor complaints and tips and is intended to alert the public to unauthorized financial services.
The warnings are relevant to forex, CFD and derivatives traders who may encounter financial service providers through social media or messaging platforms.
