Spain's CNMV Identifies 20 Unregistered Financial Entities Outside Official Registry
On January 19, 2026, the National Securities Market Commission (Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores, CNMV) issued a public warning against 20 unregistered financial entities and related websites, cautioning investors that these firms are not authorised to provide investment services in Spain.

The regulator stressed that the named entities are absent from its official registry and therefore operate outside CNMV supervision. Among those flagged is IDIC Pro (kcjvkld.com), which the CNMV noted has been promoted in WhatsApp groups referencing “STONEX.”
The CNMV urged investors to exercise caution and verify firms against its official registry before investing. BrokersView echoed the warning, advising investors, particularly those in Spain, to review the CNMV’s alert carefully before making investment decisions.
