A new investigative report released by BrokersView has identified 45 unlicensed brokers during the week of March 2 to March 8, 2026,  misleading online trading schemes.


Global financial regulators continue to intensify their crackdown on unlicensed brokers and clone investment firms. Over the past week, authorities including the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA), Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin), Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF), British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC), Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF), and the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) issued warnings against dozens of suspicious entities.
