Ranking List of Complaints Satisfaction in February 2026 Newly Released

4 hours ago BrokersView

Most investors, especially beginners, tend to overlook the service attitude of brokers when choosing a trading platform. However, the way a broker treats its clients can significantly impact the overall trading experience. Therefore, to help investors make informed decisions, BrokersView updates a list of brokers every month and ranks them based on their complaint handling satisfaction. Our goal is to provide useful reference advice on whether brokers value customer opinions and the overall level of customer service they offer.

In February, the complaints received by BrokersView covered a wide range of issues, including refusal of withdrawals, removal of profits for unjustified reasons, no response to complaint requests, missing deposits, and fraudulent activities.

Below is the list of brokers involved for your reference.

Brokers on the Red List are mostly industry leaders operating steadily under strict regulatory frameworks. They are not only highly compliant but have also earned investors' trust through transparent trading processes and comprehensive customer service systems. Some brokers stood out for their efficient and professional attitude when handling customer complaints.

The Black List highlights the riskier side of the industry. It includes Trive, which sparked widespread discussion at the end of last year due to unpaid wages. Some brokers are frequently named for refusing to handle customer complaints, maliciously deducting funds, or other fraudulent behaviors. CPT Markets and Ultima Markets remain on the Black List for an extended period due to continuous complaints. Companies lacking strong regulatory oversight are often more likely to evade responsibility, making it difficult for investors' appeals to be addressed and putting their fund security at greater risk.

BrokersView emphasizes the importance of staying informed about broker-related complaints, as these complaints, along with regulatory details, can be valuable indicators when selecting a broker. Considering complaints helps reduce risks and ensures a safer investment experience.

If you suspect any regulatory violations, you can file a complaint through BrokersView. We will act as a third party to protect your rights for free, assist you in communicating with the broker, or help you send emails to regulatory authorities.
