Regulatory Warning Weekly Review - What Brokers Are Warned by Regulators This Week?

Pay attention to regulatory warning news keeps scam away. There are collections of what brokers are warned by regulators from 28 July, 2023 to 3 August, 2023.

1. Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) updates its blacklists, which exposes the lies of scammers. The list may be a little bit longer so you can click here to check the full version.

2. National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) warned 6 unlicensed brokers, you can click here for details.

3. Nigeria Securities and Exchange Commission issued a warning against Binance Nigeria Limited, a fraudulent company with the same name as Binance, describing it as an unregulated and unregistered exchange. You can click here to view full content.

4. Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) has updated its Investor Alert List, 15 unauthorized websites, investment products, companies or individuals were added to the warning list in July 2023. Click here to check the full list.

5. Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) is authorized by the government to oversee all types of financial institutions in its capacity as a regulator. 6. Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) warns 5 entities not registered to engage in trading in Securities in July.
