Ranking List of Complaints Satisfaction in August 2025 Newly Released

Most investors, in particular beginners, are prone to ignoring a broker’s service attitude when selecting a trading platform. However, the attitude towards customers will significantly affect the trading experience.

Therefore, to assist investors in making an informed decision, BrokersView monthly updates the list of brokers and ranks them by complaint satisfaction. We aim to provide useful insight into how they value their clients’ opinions and the overall level of customer service they provide.

In August, the most common complaints span a wide range of concerns, including unlicensed financial offers, unauthorized fund deduction, withdrawal restriction, unresolved customer inquiries, and account suspensions.

The list of involved brokers is provided below for reference purposes.

The forex brokers featured on August Good List received commendations for their handling of client complaints, effectively addressing investors' concerns and anxieties. All listed brokers hold licenses issued by local financial regulators within their respective operational regions, providing investors and their funds with assurance to some extent.

Meanwhile, the forex brokers on August Bad List drew significant client dissatisfaction. Notably, most blacklisted brokers either lack oversight from any financial regulator or hold only relatively weak regulatory credentials. Among them, TMi Markets claims supervision by Comoros' MISA, yet MISA has been denied by the Comoros Central Bank and labeled as a “fictitious” regulatory body.

Additionally, Quotex and Skyline Trading have faced repeated investor complaints while ignoring client grievances.

BrokersView emphasizes the importance of staying informed about broker-related complaints, as they, along with regulatory details, can be valuable indicators when choosing a broker. Considering complaints can help reduce risks and ensure a more secure investment experience.

Investors can file a complaint through BrokersView in case of any suspected violations. Acting as a third party to protect your rights at no cost, we will assist you in communicating with the broker or help you send emails to the regulator.
