Quadcode Markets Receives New Online Trading Service Licence in Bahamas

Quadcode Markets, an online trading platform founded in 2021, has obtained a new licence in the Bahamas.

High Tech Invest Ltd is the operating company of Quadcode Markets and is regulated by the Bahamas Securities Commission (Bahamas SCB) under licence number SIA-F219.

In addition to this new Bahamas licence, the broker also holds licences from CySEC in Cyprus and Australian regulator ASIC.

In Cyprus, the broker is operated by IQOption Europe Limited, a locally registered investment company that also operates IQ Option, a leading European forex broker. And in Australia, Quadcode Markets is operated by ASIC-regulated company Quad Code AU Ltd.

The Bahamas licence allows Quadcode Markets to offer trading in currency pairs, commodities, indices and cryptocurrencies through CFD products and services. This allows the broker to expand its services globally while meeting compliance and security standards to protect its clients. For the trading platform, this is a milestone for it as a company serving clients in international markets.
