XS.com Appoints Maria Pesca Santos as LATAM Regional Director

XS.com has appointed Maria Pesca Santos as Regional Director for Latin America, as the global multi-asset broker continues to expand its regional leadership structure and strengthen its operations across key growth markets.

In her new role, Santos will oversee XS.com’s Latin American business, focusing on execution frameworks, operational efficiency, and alignment between regional teams and the group’s global strategy. She will also work on strengthening governance, improving workflow systems, and supporting the broker’s broader institutional standards across the region.

XS.com said the appointment reflects its ongoing strategy of placing experienced regional executives in leadership roles to support scalable and locally adapted growth. The company operates across multiple jurisdictions and continues to invest in institutional-grade infrastructure, liquidity solutions, and trading technology.

Santos brings more than 15 years of experience in regional operations, commercial structuring, and multi-market execution across Latin America and North America. Her background includes leading transformation initiatives, designing operational governance models, and managing cross-functional systems in regulated financial environments.
