Earlier, we reported that several brokers had surrendered their licences from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). This trend is now continuing with HTFX, which is actively winding down its regulated operations in Europe.
According to recent disclosures, HTFX has applied to cancel its FCA licence on January 7, 2026. And the firm had already formally renounced its licence with the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) earlier this month, marking a full withdrawal from both UK and EU regulatory frameworks.
