The latest additions include:
The AMF said these websites are offering crypto-assets or crypto-asset services without the required authorization in France. The regulator urged consumers to verify whether a provider is authorized before investing and reminded the public that unauthorized platforms may expose investors to significant financial risks.
Since the start of 2026, the AMF has added 38 entities to its blacklist of unauthorized crypto-asset and digital asset service providers. The blacklist is updated regularly but is not exhaustive, as new unauthorized operators continue to emerge.
The regulator also directed investors to consult the AMF's blacklist and the Assurance Banque Épargne Infoservice (ABEIS) warning lists before engaging with any crypto-asset service provider.
