Robinhood has appointed Zeke Vince as Global Head of Business Development for Institutional Crypto, marking a senior hire as the company continues to expand beyond its traditional retail-focused crypto business. Vince confirmed the move in a LinkedIn post, with the role effective January 2026.
Vince joins the US-listed brokerage from crypto liquidity provider B2C2, where he spent more than three years as Managing Director and Head of Sales. During his tenure, he was responsible for institutional client coverage and sales strategy at a time when demand for professional crypto liquidity accelerated across hedge funds, market makers, and trading firms.
Before B2C2, Vince built a long career in electronic foreign exchange trading at major global banks. He spent over five years at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, most recently as Global Head of eFX and Algo Sales, overseeing electronic FX distribution and algorithmic trading across regions. Earlier, he served as Head of Americas eFX and Algo Sales.
Vince previously held senior eFX sales roles at J.P. Morgan, where he rose from Associate to Vice President over five years, and began his career at Credit Suisse as an eFX Associate. He also worked at Bloomberg in FX electronic trading and sales roles earlier in his career.
The appointment comes as Robinhood continues to develop its institutional crypto offering, an area that has historically played a smaller role compared to its retail trading business. Crypto has nonetheless become an increasingly material contributor to Robinhood’s revenue mix in recent quarters, alongside options and equities trading.
By hiring an executive with deep experience across institutional FX and crypto markets, Robinhood signals a more structured push into serving professional trading firms, liquidity providers, and institutional counterparties.
Vince is based in New York and reports into Robinhood’s senior leadership team as the firm builds out its institutional crypto business development capabilities.
