FINMA Warns Over Abanto Solutions, BCLS Assets and Bartu AM Websites

2026-09-24 By Mark

Swiss regulator FINMA added three new entries to its warning list on September 23, following two additions on September 22, as it continues to flag providers that may be operating without the required authorisation.

Three Entries Added on September 23

The Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) listed abantosolutions.org, bartu-am.ch / bartu-am.com and BCLS Assets / bcls-assets.com on September 23.

FINMA records show that none of the three is entered in the Swiss Commercial Register.

The regulator specifically states that bartu-am.ch and bartu-am.com are not related to BARTU ASSET MANAGEMENT SARL, a Vandoeuvres company registered in the Swiss Commercial Register under number CHE-114.653.485.
