Exness Alum Mateusz Wyka Appointed CEO of YWO

YWO, an emerging online CFD broker, has named Mateusz Wyka as its Chief Executive Officer. Wyka joins the firm after a series of senior operations roles across trading and financial services.

Wyka spent nearly four years at Exness, where he held positions including Senior Project Manager in the COO office and Senior Trading Operations Manager. More recently, he served as Group Head of Operations at Scale Final, a Cyprus-based company providing marketing and SaaS solutions for performance-driven businesses. Earlier in his career, he gained experience at Credit Suisse and EY, working in project management, process advisory, and automation roles.

YWO operates through subsidiaries licensed in South Africa, Mauritius, and Comoros Union, while its operational headquarters is based in Cyprus. The firm focuses on delivering CFD trading services for retail and professional clients and is pursuing expansion across multiple regulated jurisdictions.
