CySEC Adds Greymax Capital and Finotive Funding to Warning List Over Unauthorized Operation
On July 21, the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) newly added two unauthorized trading websites to its warning list. According to CySEC, neither website belongs to any entity licensed to provide investment services under Cyprus's financial regulatory framework.

Finotive Funding (finotivefunding.com)
BrokersView listed Finotive Funding as a Scam Broker in 2023, following verification that the platform lacks regulatory licensing.
In its advisory, CySEC reminded the public to exercise due diligence when engaging with investment firms. Investors are urged to verify the regulatory status of any provider and ensure they hold a valid license to offer financial services.
