Bollywood actor Sonu Sood and Indian-American WWE wrestler "The Giant Khali" Dalip Singh Rana have been summoned by police for alleged involvement in the BlueChip investment scam.
Following the arrest of BlueChip mastermind Nath Soni in India, local police have deepened their investigation into the Dubai-based company. A six-member special investigation team, led by Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police (ADCP) Anjali Vishwakarma, has formally issued notices to both celebrities.
According to Khaleej Times, actor Sood confirmed that he had been contacted by police and stated that he considered himself a victim. "I will cooperate fully. I did not invest with BlueChip. They still owe me money for an appearance, so I am also a victim," said the actor.

Police are investigating BlueChip's high-profile promotional activities, including the BlueChip Token launch event held at a five-star hotel in Dubai in July 2022. The event invited Sonu Sood, Dalip Singh Rana, and former Indian cricket team captain Mohammad Azharuddin as chief guests.
Kanpur Police Commissioner Raghuveer Lal Singh confirmed that several celebrities had been summoned but did not disclose specific names.
Investigators emphasized that the purpose is to determine whether these celebrities formally endorsed BlueChip, appeared under contracts, or were aware of the company's financial claims.
Dubai-based fraudulent company BlueChip abruptly collapsed in March 2024, causing hundreds of investors to suffer massive losses. This is reportedly one of the largest investment scams in the UAE.
BlueChip mastermind Nath Soni was arrested in India this month.
