AMF and ACPR Expand Blacklist of Unauthorized Forex and Crypto Websites

On January 6, 2026, the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) and the Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution (ACPR) issued an update to their blacklists, flagging multiple entities offering investments in unregulated forex markets and crypto-asset derivatives without authorization to operate in France.
