NBC = No Bid = HFM server failed to provide price. This is NOT market slippage. TRADE DETAILS: Trade ID: #18808222879 - Buy 0.01 XAUUSD - Loss: IDR 676,055 Trade ID: #18808388960 - Buy 0.01 XAUUSD - Loss: IDR 1,090,571 Total Loss: IDR 1,766,626 Balance became 0. RESPONSE FROM HFM: HFM rejected my complaint with reason "High Volatility due to NFP News". They did not address the "NBC" server error. REQUEST: Compensation of IDR 1,766,626 for losses caused by HFM server fault.
