My account is 719099. I open some positions on cryptocurrency xrp 2 months before.
Today I suddenly get an email to be informed wrong calculation of the swap. They deduct my account USD 85000.
Blueberry markets in emails already admit it is their mistake in calculation. Why as a client of mine need to bear the loss? Company error needs a client to bear the responsibility.
I just follow the daily and monthly statements, all black, and white. I do not know how your calculation of the swap rate. It shows my account with 137,000 USD yesterday but now only USD 57,000 after deducting the money from blueberry markets.
