The platform froze a total of $4,089.29 in my account, changed my account balance to $1,107.22, and the remaining $2,981.07 disappeared. This money is gone from my account, and my withdrawal request was unilaterally canceled. I now strongly demand that the platform return the $2,981.07 to me.
