Is tradenv regulated in Cyprus?

It is highly probable that Tradenv, formerly known as Envi FX, is currently operating as a fraudulent broker. 

While the company does claim to have a registered address in Cyprus, our research with the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has revealed that there is no registered broker associated with this address. It appears that trade in this jurisdiction is unregulated. 

It claims to hold a licence issued by MWALI International Services Authority (MISA), under licence number T2023238. Following a thorough search, it was determined that the associated licensed entity, Envi LLC, has been listed as suspended. Furthermore, the registered domain matches that of the platform in question. Please be advised that MISA has decided to withdraw its regulatory oversight of this broker. 

Furthermore, as stated in its official declaration, TradenvLLC is registered with the Financial Services Authority (FSA) in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. We were unable to locate a matching result in the SVG FSA registry, neither. 

Therefore, it is important to note that Tradenv is not regulated in Cyprus and has not been granted a licence by any regulatory authority. This raises concerns regarding its legitimacy. We strongly advise against trading with this broker, as it may cause you financial losses.
