Trade W (previously recorded as Tradewill) claims to operate under the name Tradewill Global Limited, which is regulated by the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA) under licence number SD111. Our investigation confirms that the company is indeed listed as a licensee of the FSA, and that the registered website matches the platform in question.

However, it is important to note that the Seychelles FSA is considered an offshore regulatory authority, which is often associated with less stringent oversight and limited investor protection. Consequently, this regulatory status should not be viewed as a guarantee of the platform’s reliability or the safety of your investments.

Another entity, Tradewill Global LLC, is claimed to be registered in St Vincent and the Grenadines. While it is indeed registered with the Financial Services Authority (FSA) of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, this does not constitute a valid financial licence. The SVG FSA has clearly stated that it does not regulate or licence forex brokers. 

Therefore, we strongly advise exercising caution when considering engaging with this broker due to the absence of strict oversight from internationally recognised regulatory bodies.
