However, it is important to note that the Seychelles FSA is considered an offshore regulatory authority, which is often associated with less stringent oversight and limited investor protection. Consequently, this regulatory status should not be viewed as a guarantee of the platform’s reliability or the safety of your investments. Another entity, Tradewill Global LLC, is claimed to be registered in St Vincent and the Grenadines. While it is indeed registered with the Financial Services Authority (FSA) of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, this does not constitute a valid financial licence. The SVG FSA has clearly stated that it does not regulate or licence forex brokers.
