I am filing this complaint because DooPrime has unjustly confiscated my funds and is blocking my withdrawal.

On September 1, 2026, after hitting my Take Profit on XAUUSD, I requested a withdrawal of $242 USD. The request stayed "Pending" for days. On September 3, I cancelled it and requested a smaller amount of $190 USD, hoping it would process faster because I urgently needed the money.

On September 4, 2026, DooPrime declined my request, stating: "We cannot approve your withdrawal request due to pending deductions." Immediately after, they deducted $478 USD from my account (Transaction ID: 9615237).

The math is completely wrong. I deposited $300 and made $242 in profit. Even if they removed the $60 bonus, my balance should be $542. Instead, they took $478, leaving me with only $87. Support has ignored my requests for an explanation and has given me the same copy-pasted response for weeks: "We are working on it."

I demand that DooPrime returns my missing $478 USD and allows me to withdraw my full funds immediately.
