CONTENT I am filing a complaint against Binomo regarding the unjust blocking of my trading account and the withholding of approximately insert amount funds. My account was initially registered using my brother’s details due to registration assistance, but I have been the sole user and have deposited funds solely from my verified payment sources. Despite providing all requested documentation to prove my identity, relationship, and legitimate use of the account, Binomo’s Security Service decided to block my account citing violations of their single-account policy.
Furthermore, their support team refuses to discuss or resolve any queries unless communicated via the original registered email address, which I no longer have access to, effectively blocking any resolution.
I have tried to resolve this matter directly with Binomo multiple times without success and now seek assistance in mediating this dispute to recover my rightful funds.
