ANSWER Dear Investor, YaMarkets claims to operate under YA Group Ltd., a company incorporated in Mauritius and regulated by the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Mauritius. Our investigation confirms the existence of a licensed entity under this name. However, the absence of a registered domain name for the licensee makes it difficult to confirm a direct link to YaMarkets, thereby posing a potential risk of identity misrepresentation. It is also important to note that the Mauritius FSC is an offshore regulator known for its relatively lenient oversight and limited investor protections, which further raises concerns regarding the level of regulatory scrutiny. Additionally, YaMarkets Limited claims to be registered with Financial Services Authority (FSA) of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines as an International Business Company (IBC). While this registration has been confirmed, it does not equate to a valid financial services license. The SVG FSA has publicly stated that it does not regulate or license foreign exchange trading activities. In conclusion, while YaMarkets appears to hold a license, investors should exercise caution when engaging with this broker due to the limitations and risks associated with its regulatory background.

ANSWER YaMarkets is a registered trademark of YaMarkets Limited, a group has companies authorized and regulated by different authorities, including:YaMarkets Limited (SV) is registered in the St. Vincent & the Grenadines Financial Services Authority (SVG FSA) with the registration number 26065 BC 2020.Regarding the SVG FSA, we'd like to remind traders that SVG FSA does neither issue licenses for forex trading nor regulate international companies and brokers engaging in forex activities.All in all, YaMarkets indeed has registration in SVG FSA but still carries a certain level of risk. I m doing trading more then 10 years but as genuine review m sharing about yamarkets, they are real peoples and in 10 years i have met my RM many times face-to-face. I haven't had a single issue with them. withdrawal faster and real.

I have been trying to trade here for several months. I have a lot of complaints about this company. Now I also leave negative reviews about YaMarkets. Trading is not going well here. This is a scam. You won’t be able to benefit here.

I chose a live Standard account and deposited $1,000. I planned to trade a little on my own, but the main emphasis was on copy trading, because my colleagues strongly suggested that I try it. As a result, I do not trade on my own at all. I have never used copy trading before, so I have nothing to compare it with, but I have no complaints. Everything is as transparent as possible, there are complete statistics on top traders, including win rate, number of trades, summary rating, etc. Plus, fees are quite low.
