FBS is registered with the Belize Financial Services Commission (Belize FSC) and is licensed by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC). However, it is important to note that offshore regulatory jurisdictions often have less stringent rules and offer fewer protections for investors compared to top-tier financial regulators.

Moreover, our findings suggest that FBS may exhibit weak regulatory compliance. The broker has reportedly received warnings from several financial authorities for unauthorized operations, such as the Ukraine National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC) in the United Kingdom, the Malaysia Securities Commission (Malaysia SC), and the Comissão de Valores Mobiliários (CVM) in Brazil. These warnings raise significant concerns about the credibility and reliability of FBS.

In light of these factors, we strongly recommend exercising extreme caution when dealing with FBS.
