Limit Markets, operating under the legal name Limit Markets Limited, claims to be licensed by the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Mauritius. Our verification confirms that a company by this name does appear in the FSC’s register of licensed entities.

However, the Mauritius FSC does not publicly associate licensed firms with their operational websites, which prevents us from conclusively verifying whether the Limit Markets trading platform is genuinely linked to the licensed entity. Moreover, it is important to note that the Mauritius FSC is an offshore regulator, offering comparatively limited investor protections and oversight.

More concerningly, we found that Limit Markets has been listed on the warning list of the UAE’s Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA), which explicitly states that the firm is not licensed by SCA to practice any activity under SCA’s supervision. This raises serious questions about its compliance and operational integrity in key markets.
