The total withdrawal amounts are $5000 and another for $469.47. Made on 23 & 24 July 2025.

The case is still ongoing and they have since advised in a separate email that they will wait until 8 weeks have passed before replying to me.

I’ve been waiting over 7 weeks for a withdrawal from Trade Nation and still haven’t been paid.

Instead of resolving the issue, they keep pushing the blame onto my bank even after I supplied official bank statements and written confirmation that no funds were received. Trade Nation claims the payments were sent via Apple Pay refunds but under Apple Pay’s own rules, refunds can only be processed if there’s a matching debit. In my case, there was no such debit, which makes their explanation impossible. This feels like a deliberate stall tactic.

Once a client proves funds were not received, it is the broker’s responsibility to trace and resolve the missing payment with their payment provider, not drag the client into endless back-and-forth. Yet Trade Nation refuses to reissue the withdrawal, which I requested multiple times.

This has caused me financial distress and lost opportunity. The case has already been escalated to multiple regulators, which should never have been necessary if Trade Nation acted professionally.

Warning: Avoid this broker. If something goes wrong with your withdrawal, they will not take responsibility and you may never see your money.
